Star Mortgage is a large enough company to have developed excellent relationships with a growing, nationwide network of lenders.  But, since we're a local, independent brokerage, we can give you and your loan the personal attention you deserve.  With us, you're never just a number, and your loan is taken from start to finish by your Broker and a dedicated Processor, so it never gets neglected. You'll be kept well informed and "in the loop" every step of the way.

All of our Mortgage Brokers are fully licensed and their goal is to find the perfect solution to your mortgage needs. Once you make the decision to go ahead with one of our programs, they'll make getting your loan as quick and stress free as possible.  We don't employ any of the quota systems or "sweatshop call room" tactics that can lead to putting pressure on our clients.

You can apply on-line, or we can also come to you, at whatever time is most convenient, to take the initial application.  We can even take your application on the phone, and mail it to you for your approval.  After that, everything can be handled by phone, fax, mail or email.  The Title Company we normally use will even come to your home or business for the final closing.  You never have to take time out of your busy schedule to travel to an office during "regular business hours".
